This role would suit someone with a strong background in CNC, operations, and production planning who can coordinate multiple teams and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and manufacturing projects from initial concept through to completion
• Coordinate CNC, operations, and production departments to achieve project targets
• Create, manage, and update detailed project plans and schedules
• Ensure resources, timelines, and budgets are monitored and controlled
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous development

• Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing or engineering setting
• Strong understanding of CNC machining and operational workflows
• Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
