Global Programme PMO (FTC)

Glasgow (Hybrid)

£65,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project/workstream governance and structure
• Ensure alignment with programme-level governance standards
• Track and report global programme metrics and financials
• Manage RAID logs and proactively drive updates
• Produce meeting packs, executive summaries, and minutes
• Coordinate workstream updates and ensure consistency of content
• Support business case updates, executive presentations, and other deliverables
• Maintain controlled project artefact library
• Ensure methodology compliance and track deliverable completionWork effectively across multiple time zones and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes
• Strong PMO and/or project management experience on complex programmes
• Demonstrated ability to run global governance (SteerCos, RAID, KPIs)
• Excellent communication and executive-level reporting skills
• Strong financial management (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Solid understanding of the project lifecycle
• Advanced MS Office skills (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint)
• Ability to work across multiple locations/time zones

It would be advantageous if you had experience of SharePoint administration and Power BI capabilities.
