The Role

As a Commercial/Corporate Lawyer , you will:

1. Handle a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, contract negotiations, corporate restructuring, and business transactions .
2. Advise clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management .
3. Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and legal documents .
4. Work closely with business owners, directors, and key stakeholders to provide strategic legal guidance .
5. Play a key role in business growth and development , with the opportunity to build and lead your own team .

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. Qualified solicitor status (England & Wales) with 3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate/commercial law.
2. Strong expertise in contract law, business transactions, and corporate restructuring .
3. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow within the firm.
4. Excellent negotiation and drafting skills with a commercial approach to problem-solving.
5. The ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships .
6. Leadership potential, with the desire to build and manage a successful team .
