Hybrid - 3 days per week Onsite in London

We are seeking an experienced SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant to join a long-term S/4HANA programme. This role will be responsible for the design, configuration, and delivery of the VIM solution within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops to define the detailed design of the P2P/VIM solution
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, interface mappings, and configuration documents
• Configure OpenText VIM and S/4HANA according to agreed design standards
• Ensure seamless process integration by collaborating with client teams, internal teams, and third-party partners
• Update and amend Business Process Documents (BPDs) as required
• Conduct unit and functional testing, and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Provide best practice consultancy and advise on training and change management for SAP VIM
• Support data migration mapping and participate in cutover planning and execution
• Deliver SAP Vendor Invoice Management solution knowledge transfer and support hypercare activities post go-live

Your Experience:

• Strong understanding of Procurement and Finance processes related to P2P and VIM
• Hands-on expertise with OpenText VIM and SAP S/4HANA
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and relationship management skills
• Experience delivering solutions in complex, matrixed environments
• Exposure to the retail sector
• Experience with Cogent Scanning & Processing solutions
