Cala Consulting are recruiting a Senior Marketing Executive for their rapidly growing B2B SaaS client.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role provides an exciting opportunity to join the business on its next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, driven self-starter with a solid background in digital marketing and content creation.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Create engaging utility case studies, including long-form and short-form content for social media.
• Create and deliver communications plans to maximise traction on each case study.
• Manage the website, ensuring content is regularly updated and aligns with business objectives.
• Continually optimise and update the website to reflect the pace of scale, especially in new markets and in line with best practice AEO, SEO and UX principles.
• Manage social media calendars, ensuring consistent posting in line with brand and messaging.
• Explore new ideas for content and social media posting.
• Manage HubSpot and work closely with sales colleagues to ensure data is continually accurate and maintained.
• Lead on email marketing, including working with sales to agree strategy for lead generation and use of Apollo to enhance data.
• Work with technical and sales teams to continually enhance knowledge of the product suite.
• Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance metrics, including website traffic and social media engagement.
• Support the business with other marketing collateral that builds brand awareness and customer engagement, such as merchandise, banners and other event kit.

Essential Criteria

• 35 years marketing experience.
• A proactive, self-starter individual who can lead projects from conception to completion.
• A keen interest in joining a technology business.
• Bachelors degree in business, marketing or similar, or relevant marketing industry qualifications.
• Proficient in HubSpot.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly copywriting and presenting.
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies, including the use of AI to accelerate marketing workflows.
• Experience across B2B acquisition, graphic design, web design, production, etc.
