Project Co-Ordinator (Construction)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with an established construction business based in Belfast to recruit a Project Co-ordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and gain exposure to a diverse range of exciting projects.

As Project Co-ordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth delivery of projects, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate information and working closely with clients, site teams and internal colleagues to ensure projects progress efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating day-to-day project activity, ensuring schedules, resources and site requirements are managed effectively.
• Maintaining accurate project records, systems and documentation, ensuring information is kept up to date.
• Liaising with clients, site teams and internal departments to coordinate requirements and keep projects moving forward.
• Supporting the commercial administration of projects, including quantities, job information, purchase orders and invoicing.
• Assisting with project pricing, quotes and compliance documentation, ensuring information is accurate and prepared for review.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with strong commercial awareness and excellent attention to detail. You will be highly organised, able to prioritise effectively and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where requirements can change quickly. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are also essential.

The role offers a competitive salary of £27,000-£31,000, depending on experience.
