Telesales & Marketing Executive Lisburn

On behalf of our client, based in the Lisburn area, The CSR Group are seeking to appoint an experienced and driven Telesales & Marketing Executive .

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the hospitality sector , while building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers across hotel and restaurant groups.

The role will involve identifying upcoming fit out projects and opportunities, generating new business leads and developing these into long-term commercial relationships.

This is a proactive business development role , ideally suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities within the hospitality sector
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Identify upcoming projects and potential new business
• Make outbound calls and develop new leads
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
• Nurture relationships to create long-term business opportunities

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in telesales, sales, marketing or business development
• Confident and professional when speaking with senior decision-makers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A confident and proactive approach
• The ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• An interest in luxury interiors would be advantageous
• A genuine drive to achieve and exceed targets
