Software Project Manager | Agile | Belfast (Onsite) | 6+ Months Experience

Ambitious Project Manager? Join a High-Growth, AI-Focused Software Company Where Your Progression Has No Ceiling

If youre driven, hungry to learn and want your career to move as fast as you do, this is the role for you.

Our client is an award-winning Belfast software company that has spent 20 years building a reputation for delivering large-scale digital projects for the UK public sector. Their success comes from their culture. Openness, honesty and a genuine commitment to results guide how they treat both their clients and their people.

The culture

This is a close-knit, energetic team that works fully onsite, and thats a big part of what makes it special. Youll be in the room where decisions happen, learning directly from experienced delivery leads, developers and designers every day. That kind of hands-on exposure is hard to find in a hybrid setup, and it means youll develop faster here than almost anywhere else.

Built for driven people

The company specialises in AI-enabled transformation and is in a strong growth phase. New clients are coming on board, and a steady pipeline of significant projects are lined up for the months and years ahead. For the right person, that means real, ongoing opportunities to step up. Take on more responsibility, lead bigger projects and shape your own path into senior delivery leadership. How far you go is up to you.

What youll be doing

• Shaping projects from the very start in the Discovery Phase, defining scope, objectives, risks, constraints and timelines
• Owning project plans, milestones, resource allocation and risk logs
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and align everyone on clear, shared outcomes
• Leading agile ceremonies and championing agile ways of working across the organisation
• Spotting opportunities to improve processes, team dynamics and delivery outcomes
• Building strong relationships with your team, stakeholders and customers through open, high-quality communication

What theyre looking for

• 6 months+ experience in project management, ideally in an Agile environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Most importantly, ambition, energy and a real appetite to grow

What youll get

• Competitive salary plus bonus scheme
• Clear opportunities for career progression as the business grows
• Ongoing professional development and learning
• Private medical insurance
• Pension
• Cycle to work scheme

If youre ready to accelerate your project management career with a company that will invest in you as much as you invest in it, apply now or get in touch for a confidential chat.
