Recruitment Consultant - Experienced

Hunter Savage is growing, and we're looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants from any sector to join our team. Whether your background is in Engineering, Construction, Legal, Financial Services, HR, or Business Support, if you have a proven track record in recruitment and the drive to keep building on it, we want to talk to you.

You will work with clients across a range of industries, placing talent at every level. It's a fast-moving, high-reward environment with real scope to build your own desk.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for your clients, from sourcing and interviewing through to placement
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Developing new business opportunities through proactive business development and networking
• Providing expert advice and market insight to clients and candidates
• Collaborating with your team to hit shared goals and contribute to the company's growth

Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates with:

• Previous experience in a recruitment consultancy, in any sector
• A proven track record in sales, business development, or client-facing recruitment
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine drive to succeed
• A positive, self-motivated mindset and strong work ethic
• Qualification to HND/Degree level and/or a relevant professional qualification (desirable)
