Artemis Human Capital is pleased to be partnering with a multi-site, global and rapidly expanding food manufacturing organisation based in Monaghan to recruit an experienced HR Advisor .

What will you do ?

• Taking the lead on employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance investigations
• Working closely with managers to coordinate and deliver training initiatives
• Managing performance management processes and supporting the completion of performance reviews
• Supporting the implementation of company-wide employee engagement initiatives
• Monitoring and managing absence levels across the organisation
• Coordinating occupational health appointments and supporting long-term absence cases
• Assisting with the full recruitment process, including conducting interviews where required
• Responding to HR queries received through the HR inbox from employees and departmental managers

What will you require?

• A minimum of 3 years' experience within Human Resources
• Previous exposure to employee relations cases, attendance management and conducting performance reviews
• Experience implementing employee engagement initiatives, using HRIS systems and responding to HR-related queries
• CIPD qualification or a degree in Human Resources
