VANRATH are delighted to be supporting a large and highly recognisable organisation in the recruitment of a Treasury Manager.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, this is a key position within the wider finance function, taking responsibility for the effective management of treasury operations across the organisation.

The successful candidate will lead an established team and take ownership of cash management, cashflow forecasting, banking, payments, receivables and key financial reporting, while also providing commercial support to senior stakeholders across the business.

What you'll do

• Lead, manage and develop a sizeable Treasury team across banking, payables and accounts receivable
• Take ownership of group cash management and cashflow forecasting
• Prepare cashflow information and reporting for senior management and Board level
• Manage key banking and financial service provider relationships
• Ensure robust financial controls are maintained across treasury operations
• Manage debt and accounts receivable processes, including escalation and recovery
• Provide finance business partnering support to senior operational stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement and greater efficiency
• Support wider finance projects and systems initiatives as required

About you

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualified commercial/industry experience
• Strong experience of cashflow preparation and cash management
• Previous experience leading and developing a finance team
• Strong knowledge of financial controls and accounting principles
• Experience of banking, treasury or financial/cash management solutions
• Confident working with and influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
