Recruitment Consultant Manufacturing | Belfast | £30,000 £50,000+ OTE (Year 1)

The Role
Talent Curve is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to run a 360 manufacturing desk across Ireland. You'll cover mechanical and electrical engineers, manufacturing engineers, quality, maintenance and design roles, from precision engineering SMEs through to global manufacturers.

We're a specialist consultancy, not a generalist agency. Our consultants know their markets, and our clients come back because of it.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running a full 360 desk: business development, sourcing, interviewing and closing placements
• Building long-term relationships with manufacturing clients across Ireland
• Getting to know the candidates who keep production lines running: engineers, quality and maintenance professionals at every level
• Opening new accounts through calls, visits and networking

What We Offer

• £30,000 £50,000+ OTE in Year 1
• Uncapped commission up to 25% of billings
• Finish at 4:30 Monday to Thursday and 3:30 on Fridays
• 35 days holiday

Who We Want
You've got experience in recruitment, sales or business development, and you're comfortable picking up the phone. A background in manufacturing or engineering helps but isn't essential. What matters is drive, curiosity and wanting to develop a desk of your own.
