Role: Production Team Manager
Location: Belfast

Pay: £39,000–£45,000 + 36% shift premium

We're working with an established automotive manufacturer in Belfast to recruit a Production Team Manager to join their team.

The Role:

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you'll manage and develop a shift team to meet safety, quality and production targets within demanding timescales and cost requirements, while maintaining the correct standards of behaviour.

The Requirements:

• HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering or Business, or 3 years management experience in a similar production role
• At least 2 years people-management experience in a continuous production environment
• Strong leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office. High-volume production experience desirable
