About the company

A well-established and growing business in the Newtownabbey area are seeking a Newly Qualified Management Accountant to join their finance team.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this is a broad role offering exposure across management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, Board reporting, cash flow and wider commercial finance.

Its a brilliant opportunity for a Newly Qualified Accountant looking to build strong industry experience within an established finance team, with excellent benefits and genuine scope for continued development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Producing Board reporting and management information
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cash flow forecasting and banking support
• Supporting audit and regulatory reporting
• Working closely with budget holders across the wider business
• Supporting junior members of the finance team
• Improving financial controls and reporting processes

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
• Advanced Excel and IT skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial mindset with a proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Industry or Big 4 experience would be advantageous
