Production Coordinator

Location: Dunloy
Hours: MondayThursday 8am5pm | Friday 8am3pm
Salary: To be discussed at interview

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Production Coordinator to manage the ordering and processing of window, door and glazing requirements from order through to production and installation.

The role involves working closely with sales, manufacturing and installation teams, as well as suppliers, to ensure products and materials are ordered accurately and available when required.

Key Responsibilities

Process and manage window, door and glazing orders.
Order PVC and aluminium windows and doors, glass, hardware, profiles, trims and associated materials.
Check specifications, drawings and measurements for accuracy.
Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, specifications and lead times.
Monitor orders and deliveries to ensure production and installation deadlines are met.
Maintain accurate records and keep internal teams updated on any changes or delays.
Identify and resolve ordering or specification issues before they impact production.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure materials are available when required.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and assist with improving purchasing and stock-control processes.

The Ideal Candidate

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Experience in purchasing, procurement, order processing or production coordination.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
Experience in the window, door, glazing, construction or manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
Knowledge of PVC/aluminium windows, doors or glazing products would be beneficial.
