Bela Recruitment is currently recruiting 2 x Lead Account Managers for a very successful organisation based in Fivemiletown.

These are two separate jobs, working across different business units within the wider organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Account Manager, Contract Manager or Commercial Manager or Customer Success Manager, ready to take greater ownership of key customer accounts while leading and developing an established account management team.

The Job

Reporting to senior management, you will lead a team of Account Managers and Account Coordinators, taking responsibility for the commercial performance and successful delivery of major customer contracts.

Responsibilities

• Promote company values, lead, support and develop the Account Management team.
• Manage key B2B customer relationships and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure contractual KPIs, SLAs and service expectations are achieved or exceeded.
• Deliver sales, gross margin and account growth targets.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, value engineering and cost efficiencies.
• Oversee regular client reviews and account development plans.
• Monitor commercial performance, budgets, forecasts and potential risks.
• Resolve escalated customer or contractual issues.
• Set team objectives and KPIs and monitor ongoing performance.
• Produce regular commercial and management reports.

Requirements

• You should have proven experience within B2B Account Management, Contract Management, Customer Relationship Management or Customer Success, combined with experience of managing or leading people.
• You should also be commercially focused, confident dealing with senior customers and comfortable analysing performance, forecasts and reports.
• Experience within manufacturing, construction, retail or another contract-driven environment would be particularly relevant, although applications from other B2B sectors are welcome.
• Experience managing contracts with critical path management, production schedules or order fulfilment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, are also required.
• Experience dealing with customers remotely or in person.
• If successful will be required to undertake a CRB Check.

In essence, I am looking to find someone who is commercially astute, great people & leadership skills, can find solutions for clients, experience successfully managing and growing contracts that are already secure via a tendering process. You can ensure 5-star service during the duration of these contracts, increasing the chances of future contract wins or future tender outcomes.
