We're looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our Fleet Infrastructure team. If you're someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, working with data, and supporting a busy team to deliver great results, this could be the role for you.

What you'll be doing

You'll provide essential administrative support to help our Fleet Infrastructure team operate efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and completing a range of day-to-day administrative activities
Producing accurate meeting minutes and maintaining action trackers
Supporting KPI reporting, training records and sickness administration
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is up to date
Producing weekly and period performance reports
Supporting administration activities within Asset Pro
Working closely with colleagues across the business to provide excellent support

What we're looking for

Have experience in an administrative or business support role
Are confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can manage multiple priorities and stay organised in a busy environment
Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing accurate work
Enjoy analysing information and working with data
Are adaptable, proactive and willing to learn
Work well both independently and as part of a team

RecruitmentProcess and Timelines

We aim to provide a fair, transparent and engaging recruitment experience. This is what you can expect from our process.

Application window: Submit your application before the advertised closing date
Screening and shortlisting : Applications are reviewed following the closing date. This stage may include online assessments or testing, depending on the role
Assessment : Depending on the role, you may undertake an assessment (or sent of assessments)
Interview process : A two-stage interview process using competency-based questions to assess your skills, experience and alignment with our values
Offer : Once successful, you will be given a verbal conditional offer which is based on a clear DBS check and medical. We will also ask you to provide your Right to Work document(s) at this stage
Contract : Your contract and formal offer letter will be issued once a start date has been agreed
Induction : Your first week of employment will be at our East Croydon location where you'll undertake your induction and receive your IT equipment before you meet your team and get stuck into your new role.
