Care Assistant Full Time & Part Time

Job DescriptionAbout the RoleAs a Care Assistant, you will build meaningful relationships with regular clients and provide high-quality, person-centred care to support them in their own homes.Your daily responsibilities will include:Personal care and daily supportMeal preparation and medication assistanceCompanionship, conversation, and reassuranceSupport with outings, appointments, and pet careWorking With UsWe offer flexible schedule options to suit your availability (average 30 hours per week, alternating weekends with a day off in lieu):Full-Time Availability: Flexible across split shifts between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PMPart-Time Morning Availability: Shifts between 7:00 AM – 2:00 PMPaid client introductions are provided so you feel confident, supported, and familiar with your clients from day one.What We OfferPay Rate: £13.50 – £15.00 per hourTravel Pay: Paid travel time, paid waiting time, plus 45p per mile mileage allowanceHoliday: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata)Pension: Company pension schemeDevelopment: Full training provided to achieve your Care Certificate and beyondSupport: Ongoing support from a welcoming, local teamRequirementsDriving license and access to a reliable vehicle (recommended depending on local routes)A caring, compassionate naturePrevious care experience is preferred, but full training is provided for the right candidateQualificationsWhat You’ll Need A caring, dependable, and professional approach A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential due to the rural nature of our client base) Right to work in the UK An enhanced DBS check will be required as part of the recruitment process.
