**Hilton York** located in the heart of the historic city of York, our 131 bedroom hotel is the perfect base to explore, connect, and unwind. Just moments from iconic landmarks, shops, and transport links, its ideally suited for both business and leisure stays.
**Here's what you'll do during a typical day:**
**Support seamless operations:** Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality control, inventory, reservations, marketing, and reporting
**Enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence:** Assist with the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience
**Deliver consistent quality:** Ensure food presentation meets high standards and monitor cost and portion controls to maximize value
**Support team performance and development:** Assist in supervising and developing team members by providing training, scheduling, feedback and recognition to foster a positive and productive work environment
**Recruit and train talent:** Assist with hiring, onboarding, and coaching team members
**Uphold regulatory standards:** Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
