As **Banquet Waiter / Waitress** , you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional and memorable event experiences, ensuring each function is executed seamlessly from preparation through to completion. More than simply serving food and beverages, you will contribute to creating a refined and engaging atmosphere, where every detail enhances the guest experience. This role is ideal for a servicedriven individual who thrives in a dynamic events environment and takes pride in delivering excellence at every stage of service.
**Key Responsibilities**
Set up banquet spaces, including tables, linens, glassware and service equipment in line with event specifications
Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service during events and functions
Assist with event preparation, service and breakdown to ensure smooth operations
Transport and organise equipment, supplies and materials efficiently
Communicate effectively with kitchen and events teams to ensure accurate and timely service
Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service throughout the event
Clear, reset and maintain event spaces to the highest standards throughout service
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all banquet and backofhouse areas
Support colleagues and assist with operational duties to ensure event success
Follow all health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times
Uphold company standards of service, presentation and professionalism

Previous experience in food and beverage or event service, ideally within a luxury hotel or highend environment
Strong understanding of banquet and event service standards
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality service
Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced, highpressure environment
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging approach
A proactive mindset, supporting the team and anticipating guest needs
Impeccable personal presentation aligned with luxury brand standards
A collaborative approach, working seamlessly with events, kitchen and service teams
