This is a varied role combining executive, personal, family, travel, and household management.
You'll be proactive, discreet, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities Manage personal and family diaries, reminders, appointments, and key events.
Coordinate gifts, family celebrations, children's activities, and personal administration.
Research and book travel, accommodation, and experiences.
Act as the main point of contact for household staff and coordinate household maintenance and suppliers.
Support property management, including liaising with tenants and maintaining records.
Manage vehicle servicing, insurance, and maintenance.
Assist with executive projects and task management using tools such as Asana Provide general administrative and office support as required.
Requirements Proven experience supporting C-level executives in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role.
Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with Asana or similar.
Flexible approach to working hours when required.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. xwwtmva
