Foreman – Erith Erith | 42 hours per week Ready to take the next step in your engineering career and lead a team ? We're looking for an experienced Foreman to join our busy Erith depot, taking the lead on the servicing, repair, refurbishment and maintenance of our hire equipment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong mechanical background who enjoys solving problems, supporting other engineers and keeping a busy workshop running smoothly.
What you'll be doing Leading and supporting a team of Service Engineers Overseeing servicing, repairs and maintenance Providing hands-on technical support when needed Prioritising workloads to keep equipment available for customers Managing stock, assets and equipment counts Identifying training and development needs within the team Maintaining high standards of health & safety and housekeeping What you'll need Strong mechanical and technical knowledge Previous experience supervising or leading a team Engineering experience within plant hire, construction equipment or a similar industry would be ideal Good organisational and communication skills Experience managing stock and assets A hands-on approach and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment A strong focus on safety and quality Why join Speedy?
