Reporting to the IT Director, you will oversee a team of project professionals, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard.
With responsibility for a project portfolio valued at approximately £5m, this is a key leadership role driving technology-enabled change across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of IT Project Managers Govern and manage the delivery of a complex portfolio of IT projects.
Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and reporting.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
Drive effective project initiation, risk management, change control, and quality assurance.
Manage third-party supplier relationships and project-related budgets.
About You Proven experience managing a portfolio of IT projects and programmes.
Previous end to end leadership experience managing project managers.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience delivering complex technology change initiatives.
PRINCE 2 Practitioner certified or equivalent. xwwtmva
