A leading legal directory recognises it for managing sensitive, large-scale proceedings, and for being approachable and easy to deal with.
The firm now wants to add a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to its growing, established Dispute Resolution team.
The work Commercial contract disputes Director and shareholder disputes Contentious insolvency, supported by a large roster of Insolvency Practitioner clients Non-contentious advisory work alongside litigation Matters referred in by London and national firms when they're conflicted Clients include businesses, directors, shareholders and private clients.
The role As Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you'll build and manage your own varied caseload with appropriate supervision.
You'll also support colleagues on complex, high-value disputes.
