- Hook Salary: £36,000 (including tronc) Hours: Approx.
50 hours per week across 4 days Operation: 7-day business
- so flexible on days Location: Rural (a car is essential) We're looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen in the Hook area.

What You'll Need Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen.
A genuine passion for producing high-quality, fresh, seasonal dishes.
Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills.
The ability to stay calm under pressure and work to service deadlines.
