Working closely with the Shop Manager and the Butchery and Delicatessen team and with the support of senior management with a wealth of knowledge and experience, you will be provided with the training required to progress your career developing into the role of Assistant Manager.

Key Requirements: Proven experience as a skilled butcher in a busy retail environment Commercial awareness and confidence balancing shop performance with customer service Passion for product development and delivering premium quality produce Drive, enthusiasm and pride in high standards.
