Registered Manager (Clinical) Location: Telford Salary: £80,000 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week We are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Registered Manager to lead our Care Home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care and maintaining the highest standards of clinical and operational excellence.
Essential Requirements Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and experience of medication management, Level 5 Management NVQ (or equivalent) Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance Excellent leadership of supervising & leading a senior team, managing clinical staff, communication, and organisational skills An understanding of safeguarding adults at risk Understanding of key care Essential Experience Experience of managing in a care home setting.
Experience of caring for individuals with dementia.
Experience Medication management.
Experience of supervising & leading a senior team.
Experience of managing clinical staff.
Understanding of safeguarding adults at risk.
Understanding of regulations & legislation within the care profession.
