- Door-to-Door Experience Essential Midlands | £30,000 Basic Uncapped Commission | Company Car & Fuel Realistic OTE £60,000-£65,000 Are you an experienced door-to-door salesperson who knows how to turn a cold approach into a genuine conversation? We're recruiting for a growing, established business operating within the property and insurance services sector.
This is a field-based sales role covering the Midlands, offering excellent earning potential for somebody who is confident, resilient and knows how to generate business through face-to-face cold calling.
We're specifically looking for candidates with proven door-to-door cold calling experience.
This is not an appointment-led sales position.
You'll be given information about potential opportunities within your territory, but it will be your responsibility to get out there, approach people, build relationships and convert those conversations into business.
What you'll be doing Travelling across the Midlands to develop new business Approaching potential customers face-to-face without pre-booked appointments Building trust and rapport quickly Identifying opportunities and explaining the benefits of the service Handling objections and converting conversations into new business Managing your own working day and territory Working towards achievable sales targets What we're looking for Previous door-to-door cold calling experience is essential.
We'd particularly like to hear from candidates with backgrounds in: Door-to-door residential sales Energy and utilities sales Broadband and telecoms field sales Home improvements and double glazing Direct sales and canvassing Other genuine cold-calling field sales environments You'll need to be confident approaching people who aren't expecting you, comfortable dealing with rejection and capable of building trust without relying on a pre-arranged appointment.
We're looking for somebody who is personable, commercially driven, self-motivated and professional in their approach.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
