Area Manager

The Area Manager will be responsible for ensuring our frontline security operations meet regulatory requirements, company policies and client expectations.
Location: London Salary: £41,485 per year Hours: 6:00pm – 7:00am Shift Pattern: Four on, four off Contract: Permanent The role will involve conducting audits and interviews, processing applications, overseeing regulatory reporting and ensuring frontline teams are managed effectively and in accordance with applicable laws and company procedures.
This is a key role in maintaining the integrity and compliance of our security operations across London.
Main Responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures Conduct regular audits of frontline security teams Identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are followed Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required Conduct interviews and process applications Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters Work with different departments to ensure compliance is maintained across the business Investigate compliance breaches and recommend appropriate action Maintain accurate records of audits, compliance activities and findings Ensure frontline teams meet company policies and client expectations About You The successful candidate will ideally have: Experience in compliance management, preferably within the security sector Experience conducting audits and preparing regulatory reports Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team A professional and confident approach Valid SIA training and licence essential Applicants must have access to their own vehicle.
A vehicle allowance will be provided.
