Romax Recruitment is recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 Tipper Driver to join our client based in Luton.

The role

• Transport and deliver aggregates using a Class 1 tipper vehicle.
• Safely operate tipping equipment and follow site procedures when discharging loads.
• Ensure loads are secure and correctly sheeted where required.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
• Follow drivers' hours, tachograph rules and site safety procedures.

Pay and benefits

• Guaranteed minimum of 10 hours' pay per shift.

Requirements

• A valid HGV Class 1 licence with Category C+E entitlement.
• At least one year's Class 1 driving experience.
• Previous tipper experience and confidence operating tipping equipment safely.
• Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph driver card.
