Role Overview
The QA Supervisor is responsible for leading the Quality Assurance team to ensure products meet food safety, quality, legality, and customer requirements. The role supports compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the QA team on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure quality checks, inspections, and monitoring activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Promote a strong food safety, quality, and health & safety culture.
• Work closely with Production and Technical teams to maintain customer standards.
• Manage non-conforming product and support corrective actions.
• Support training, development, and performance of QA team members.
• Assist with audits, compliance activities, and quality reporting.

• Experience within a food manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and leadership skills.
• Good communication, numeracy, literacy, and IT skills.
• HACCP Level 3 and Food Hygiene qualifications are desirable. xwwtmva
