About the Role

We are recruiting experienced HCPC-registered Occupational Therapists across the UK to join our team of Functional Assessors . This role offers a fantastic opportunity for OTs who want more predictable hours, structured career development, and the chance to apply their clinical expertise in a new and meaningful way.

You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support—no previous Functional Assessor experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional assessments using a structured and evidence-based clinical approach
Review medical documentation and claimant information
Produce high-quality clinical reports to support fair, accurate outcomes
Maintain HCPC professional standards at all times
Work within a multidisciplinary team and apply strong clinical judgement

What You'll Need

Applicants xwwtmva must:

Be an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
Have a minimum of 1 year's post-registration experience in the UK
Demonstrate excellent clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
Be confident working in a hybrid setting, using digital systems and technology
Have a compassionate, professional approach to assessments
