?? Salary: £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience
Are you an experienced Land Manager looking for your next opportunity in property development?
We're working with a growing property development business in Kirkham that is looking to recruit a commercially minded Land Manager to help identify, secure and progress new development opportunities.
?? The Role
Identify and source potential land and development opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, agents and key industry contacts.
Assess sites for their commercial viability and development potential.
Negotiate land acquisitions and secure new opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams to progress sites through planning and development.
Contribute to the continued growth of the business by identifying new opportunities.

? What We're Looking For
Previous experience in land acquisition, land management or property development.
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
A good understanding of the planning and development process.
A commercially focused mindset with the ability to identify and assess opportunities.
A proactive approach and the confidence to manage opportunities independently.
