The successful candidate will oversee the finance function, managing daily operations, including the preparation of monthly management accounts, rolling forecasts, job costing analysis, and budget reviews. You will be responsible for payroll liaison, VAT returns, balance sheet reconciliations, and fixed asset maintenance. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring the highest standards of financial accuracy. The role is well rounded and covers all aspects of finance and management accounting.

The client is looking for a proactive finance professional with at least a few years of experience, ideally either qualified by experience or currently working towards an ACCA/CIMA qualification.
