Kwik Fit Plus - Exeter - Summerlands Street, Summerland St, Exeter EX1 2AT
Basic salary £40,000-£43,000 plus opportunity to earn monthly bonus OTE £250 per month.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Technician who is also a qualified MOT Tester to join our busy and successful centre.
The role will provide an opportunity to join a high-performing centre with strong demand for mechanical work. The successful candidate will play an important part in increasing our mechanical capacity, supporting MOT operations and contributing to the continued growth of the centre.
The Day to Day The ideal candidate will be a strong all-round technician, confident carrying out servicing, diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and general workshop work, alongside being a qualified MOT Tester. The ability to carry out MOT retests will be particularly valuable, helping us maximise workshop and MOT capacity.
There is also potential for career development and further technical training, including progression towards SMRT / Master Technician level for the right individual.
Who we're looking for We are looking for someone who is:
-A fully qualified and experienced automotive technician.
-A qualified MOT Tester with a class 4 and 7 MOT license
-Confident with servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and mechanical work.
-Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
-Customer-focused, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
-Keen to develop their skills and progress within the business.
