An ambitious Cost Consultancy is looking to add an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with UK fit-out project experience gained within a PQS/Consultancy practice.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading the delivery of commercial schemes, primarily CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects across the UK.

Alongside working on several high-profile projects, the new Senior Quantity Surveyor will help guide a couple of Graduate Quantity Surveyors and receive the necessary mentoring and support to progress towards becoming an Associate Director.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Fit-out project experience
• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
• MRICS preferred, but not essential
• 6+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Pre contract knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable leading a project from start to finish
