A specialist SEN school in Croydon is seeking a dedicated PMLD Teacher to join their team, supporting pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties and complex individual needs.
This is an opportunity for a passionate teacher who enjoys creating a calm, structured and nurturing learning environment , while helping pupils make meaningful progress academically, socially and personally.
The Role Plan and deliver engaging, highly differentiated lessons for pupils with PMLD and complex needs .
Adapt the curriculum to individual abilities, communication styles and developmental needs.
Support pupils with communication, sensory development, independence and engagement .
Work closely with SENCOs, therapists, support staff and families to meet individual EHCP outcomes.
Use creative, sensory and practical approaches to make learning accessible.
Monitor progress and celebrate small but meaningful steps in development.
Maintain a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.

We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) or equivalent teaching qualification.
