Salary: Up to £40,000 + bonus
Location: York Or Hull
Working pattern: Hybrid - following probation
What you'll be doing
Managing a portfolio of commercial clients across a broad range of classes and industries
Handling renewals, following up on new business enquiries and converting them into clients
Delivering a high standard of service at every touchpoint - this is a service-first business
Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and secure the right cover for clients
Keeping accurate records and maintaining FCA compliance throughout
Contributing to a collaborative, ambitious team with strong values
