Part-Time Disrepair Surveyor

TSA Surveying is working with a consultancy that is looking to engage experienced Disrepair Surveyors on a part-time basis to support additional disrepair work.
This is a flexible opportunity, ideal for surveyors looking to supplement their current workload with 1-2 days per week.
Areas Covered:
Devon
Dorset
Isle of Wight
Surrounding South West locations
Role Responsibilities:
Carrying out disrepair inspections on residential properties
Assessing building defects and housing disrepair issues
Producing clear and accurate survey reports
Liaising with housing providers where required
Requirements:
Experience undertaking xwwtmva disrepair surveys
Strong knowledge of residential building pathology
Ability to produce detailed written reports
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
