Academics is working with a popular and well-regarded secondary school in High Wycombe to recruit an enthusiastic and inspirational Head of Religious Studies for a full-time position starting in January 2027.
This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding practitioner with strong leadership potential, a genuine passion for RS, and the ambition to inspire students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
The Role
Lead and develop the Religious Studies department, promoting high standards of teaching and learning.
Deliver engaging and challenging RS lessons to students at GCSE and A-Level.
Inspire students to develop their knowledge, critical thinking and understanding of religious and philosophical issues.
Drive student progress and achievement across the subject.
Contribute to the wider success and development of the school.
