Requirements of the Building Surveyor: Report-writing skills Project Management skills Minimum of 3 year's technical delivery experience within a construction consultancy.
Pre- and post-contract experience.
Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
Proficient in IT software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, and bespoke systems).
Organised, diligent, and commercially aware.
A team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
On Offer Salary up to £55,000.
Car Allowance £5000.
