DDR are looking to recruit a HGV Class 1 Driver on behalf of our client to join their team in Swindon

Hours of work:
Day/Night Shifts
Weekends available
All different start times available
Salary:
Day:- £18.00 per hour.
Nights:- £18.50 per hour
Weekends:- £18.50 per hour
The Role:
Driving a HGV Class 1 Vehicles
Delivering on pallets and cages
Delivering to businesses, and other depots (Trunking)
Duties/Responsibilities:
Carrying out relevant daily vehicle safety checks and reporting as per Operational Procedures.
Ensure all delivery and collections are carried out in accordance with company procedures.
To deliver & collect to customers in a safe and professional manner.
To complete all work related paperwork in full and hand in at the end of the shift.
Essential Skills:
Must hold a valid HGV 1 / Cat CE license.
Must hold a valid driver qualification (CPC) card.
Must hold a valid Digital taco card.
Must have a minimum of 6 months experience
Good communication skills.
Good customer relations.
Have a safe driving record.
No more than 6 minor penalty points due to insurance stipulations.
No DR's, IN's or DD's offence codes due to insurance stipulations. xwwtmva
