Female Support Worker – Make Every Day Matter
Location: Southampton SO15
Salary: £13.09 per hour (£25,525.50 per annum) plus benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Driving Licence: Manual full UK licence essential

• Good spoken and written English
• A full UK manual driving licence

About Darwin — Who Will You Support?
At Darwin, you'll support one person who values routine, clarity and conversation . They feel most at ease when they know what's happening next and when they're supported by someone calm and reassuring.

• Playing on his Xbox and would love his support worker to join in

• Spending time at home with a calm and kind person

Some people may need extra time to understand directions, so patience and clear communication are key .
The Support They Need
The people you support may have:

• Sight loss
• Autism
• Moderate learning disabilities
• Cerebral palsy
• Epilepsy
• Behaviours that may challenge

You'll feel confident following clear plans and processes, offering reassurance, and guiding people through their day. Full training and ongoing support are always provided.
