Class 2 Daytime Driver

Class 2 Driver (Healthcare Contract) The Staffing Network is looking for reliable Class 2 Drivers for our healthcare operation based in Brackmills, Northampton.

What does the job involve?
Delivering healthcare products to hospitals, clinics and patients' homes
Up to 11 deliveries per day across the UK, including London
This is a handball role and may involve delivering products directly to hospital departments, clinics or customers' rooms
Safe unloading of products using pump trucks and Material Handling Equipment, including Climb Stackers and Linde equipment
Full training will be provided on all MHE equipment
Completing delivery paperwork and PODs
Following all healthcare, safety and GDP requirements
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday
Start times between 04:00 and 06:00
Basic: 42 hours per week
Vehicles
Drivers may be required to operate 3.5T, 7.5T, 12T and 18T vehicles, depending on the route assigned. xwwtmva
What are we looking for?
Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
CPC qualification
Digital Tachograph Card
Maximum 6 penalty points
Good attitude, reliability and attention to detail
Comfortable with a physically active role
Additional Information
Full training will be provided
All candidates will be required to complete a DBS check
This is an important healthcare contract helping to ensure essential products reach hospitals and patients safely and on time across the UK
