Job Type: Full-Time | Temp to Perm
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Break: 30-minute unpaid break

Quest Employment is currently recruiting for an experienced Reach Truck Driver to join a well-established and growing warehouse operation based in Swan Valley, Northampton.

The Role

As a Reach Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe movement of stock throughout the warehouse while also supporting general warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role that requires regular manual handling, so applicants must be comfortable working both on and off the truck.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading, unloading, and moving stock throughout the warehouse
• Picking and replenishing stock locations
• Supporting goods-in and dispatch operations
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
• Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining accuracy and productivity standards

Requirements

• Valid Reach Truck licence (in-house licences accepted)
• Licence must be in date
• Minimum 6 months recent Reach Truck experience
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling
• Happy to spend time both operating the truck and completing warehouse duties
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Pay & Benefits

• £13.86 per hour
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• 37.5 hours per week
• Overtime available every Saturday (8:00am – 2:00pm)
• Saturday overtime
• Weekly pay through Quest Employment xwwtmva
• Temp to perm opportunity
