The role

This is a new business role. You'll find, win and grow your own customers, with the freedom to run your own territory.

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, referrals and face-to-face meetings
• Build and manage your own pipeline from first contact to signed contract
• Sell unified comms, VoIP, connectivity, mobile and IT solutions to SME and mid-market businesses
• Understand client needs and recommend solutions that fit them
• Negotiate and close deals, then grow your accounts with more of our services
• Meet and beat realistic monthly and quarterly targets

About you

• Proven B2B telecoms sales experience. This is essential.
• A track record of self-generating leads and hitting target
• A true hunter: driven, resilient and motivated by results
• Confident prospecting by phone and in person
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Access to own Vehicle

• £50,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission
• OTE £75,000 in year one, with no ceiling beyond that
