Business Development Executive - The Role:

You'll be at the start of the customer journey, identifying and engaging new business opportunities for KHIPU. This is proactive business development—not waiting for leads to arrive. You'll use outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals and targeted campaigns to open doors with prospective clients, start informed conversations about their technology challenges and security priorities, and book qualified meetings for our sales team. Your work will help build a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities and connect organisations with the expertise they need.

Business Development Executive - Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and meaningful conversations with prospective clients to identify opportunities
• Turn cold prospects into warm conversations and qualified business opportunities through persistence and professionalism
• Drive attendance to webinars, events and customer education sessions
• Use CRM tools to track activity, manage pipeline and ensure follow-ups stay on track
• Follow up marketing campaigns, inbound enquiries and targeted outreach activity with pace and accuracy

Business Development Executive - You:

• Experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation or appointment setting
• Confidence speaking with xwwtmva decision-makers, even when discussing technical or unfamiliar subjects
• Strong communication skills with the ability to keep complex topics clear and professional
• A curious mindset and genuine willingness to learn about cyber security, networking and managed services
• Drive, resilience and the confidence to start conversations and keep going
