CLASS 2 ROAD SWEEPER DRIVER – WAKEFIELD

Overtime: Paid after 8 hours
Hours: Monday to Friday, with overtime available

We are currently recruiting for Class 2 Road Sweeper Drivers to join our client's team, working across Wakefield and the surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for experienced HGV Class 2 drivers looking for ongoing work with excellent earning potential.
Previous road sweeper experience is not essential as full induction and training can/will be provided beforehand.
PAY & HOURS
£16.50 per hour
Overtime paid after 8 hours
Monday to Friday
Minimum 40 hours per week
Weekend work available subject to customer requirements
Finishing times may vary depending on customer requirements
THE ROLE
As a Class 2 Road Sweeper Driver, your responsibilities will include:
Operating a road sweeper safely and efficiently
Driving defensively and responsibly at all times
Completing daily vehicle checks
Ensuring the vehicle is kept clean and maintained to a high standard
Completing all required paperwork accurately
Following company Health & Safety procedures
Adhering to customer site rules
Wearing all required PPE
Providing a professional and reliable service to customers
INDUCTION & TRAINING
Full induction and training will be provided before you begin the role.
Previous road sweeper experience is not necessary, as all training will be provided beforehand.

Valid HGV Class 2 licence
Valid Driver CPC
Good communication and organisational skills
