Kingston Barnes are recruiting for a Production Lead to join our client in the aerospace sector. You will be joining a leading supplier of complex machined components, assemblies, and surface treatments for global aerospace and defence customers.Profile You will be responsible for driving safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations while leading teams to meet production targets. Bringing hands-on CNC machining knowledge to support operations and resolve technical challenges on the shop floor. xwwtmva **Requirements**

Experience of CNC machining, assembly or precision engineering

**Hours**

• Monday to Thursday 6 – 2, 2 – 10, Fridays 6 – 11, 11 – 4 p.m.

**Salary**

• £22.50 - £23.75 per hour including 25% shift premium
