The Role

As a Telesales Executive, you'll be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities by engaging with key decision-makers over the telephone on behalf of a range of clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound business-to-business calls to prospective organisations
• Building rapport with key decision-makers
• Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities
• Gathering valuable business intelligence during conversations
• Recording accurate, detailed information for clients to enable effective follow-up
• Working towards individual and team performance targets while maintaining high-quality conversations

You'll be supported by an experienced management team and a dedicated data team, ensuring you have quality prospect data and the guidance needed to succeed.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience in B2B or B2C telesales, telemarketing or outbound sales
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• The ability to build rapport quickly with a wide range of people
• A positive, self-motivated and resilient approach
• The drive to achieve targets and maximise your earning potential

Starting salary will be based on your previous experience, with higher starting salaries available to candidates who can demonstrate a proven track record within a telesales or telemarketing environment.
